It does so while maintaining the ability to customize each report to meet each organization’s unique priorities, with easily implemented filters, data presentation preferences, and more. An intuitive drag and drop interface means frontline staff and administrators alike can start entering data, and customizing and generating reports right away, even in the field. “The easy data collection and the custom reporting capabilities ensure that administrators and supervisors can track more frequently and with more reliability how their programs are doing, and then share that data out with funders [or governing bodies], Amondikar said. No more juggling between inefficient and complicated spreadsheets or files. All information is in one easily accessible web-based platform. Administrators will no longer have to chase down data, and their staff will spend much less time entering it. Everything is updated in real time, and all reports can be saved and shared easily as a PDF, with just one click. cb Reporting is available now to all new and existing customers using the Casebook Platform. From child welfare and foster care, to workforce development and violence prevention, cb Reporting is the solution for any and all data needs in the human services field. https://gohub.casebook.net/hs-fs/hubfs/CB%20Reporting_New_1.jpg?width=1200&name=CB%20Reporting_New_1.jpg Casebook PBC Launches Data Analysis and Reporting Product for Social Service Organizations Casebook PBC is excited to release cb Reporting, a new feature for the industry-leading case management software for the human services field. cb Reporting streamlines data collection and analysis, and generates clear, actionable reports that enable organizations to track their progress, improve service delivery, and communicate social impact ROI to funders, clients, administrators, and the general public. “We’re giving enterprise-level capabilities to organizations of all shapes and sizes,” said Ninad Amondikar, Data Product Manager at Casebook PBC. “cb Reporting is not only going to improve the quality of programs that organizations deliver, but also save a lot of time and reduce barriers to good data, which means they can spend more time on client interactions.” cb Reporting builds on Casebook’s innovative software with pre-built reports mapped to common programmatic, evaluation, and fundraising needs. New York, May 4, 2021 — The winners of Fast Company’s 2021 World Changing Ideas Awards were announced today, honoring the businesses, policies, projects, and concepts that are actively engaged and deeply committed to pursuing innovation when it comes to solving health and climate crises, social injustice, or economic inequality. Casebook’s cb Engage case management software being an Honorable Mention is a big deal for human and social services, an area usually associated with staid and complex technology options; 2020 changed how people work and increased social need – these changes demand new software options. cb Engage is cloud-based with mobility, security, and price sensitivity in mind. As they boldly proclaim, “Enterprise solutions for everyone.” Now in its fifth year, the World Changing Ideas Awards showcase 33 winners, more than 400 finalists, and more than 800 honorable mentions—with Health and Wellness, AI & Data among the most popular categories. A panel of eminent Fast Company editors and reporters selected winners and finalists from a pool of more than 4,000 entries across transportation, education, food, politics, technology, and more. Plus, several new categories were added, including Pandemic Response, Urban Design, and Architecture. The 2021 awards feature entries from across the globe, from Brazil to Denmark to Vietnam. Showcasing some of the world’s most inventive entrepreneurs and companies tackling exigent global challenges, Fast Company’s Summer 2021 issue (on newsstands May 10) highlights, among others, a lifesaving bassinet; the world’s largest carbon sink, thanks to carbon-eating concrete; 3D-printed schools; an at-home COVID-19 testing kit; a mobile voting app; and the world’s cleanest milk. ”In 2020, the old model of tracking people in human services via disjointed systems or expensive custom-built systems broke under the triple pressures of a financial crisis, a health crisis, and a social reckoning,” said Tristan Louis, president and CEO at Casebook PBC. “We are honored to be recognized for the role cb Engage has had in supporting the digital transformation of organizations in human services by providing enterprise-grade case management software at a fraction of the price they would have otherwise had to pay.” “There is no question our society and planet are facing deeply troubling times. So, it’s important to recognize organizations that are using their ingenuity, impact, design, scalability, and passion to solve these problems,” says Stephanie Mehta, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. “Our journalists, under the leadership of senior editor Morgan Clendaniel, have discovered some of the most groundbreaking projects that have launched since the start of 2020.” https://gohub.casebook.net/hs-fs/hubfs/WCI_Facebook_Shared%20Image_Free.jpg?width=1200&name=WCI_Facebook_Shared%20Image_Free.jpg Casebook’s Case Management Solution, cb Engage Selected as Honorable Mention in the Software Category of Fast Company’s 2021 World Changing Ideas Awards From a cleaner freight train to an automated beehive, a way to recycle fabric, and other bold, new technologies, the 5th annual awards honor the products, concepts, companies, policies, and designs that are pursuing innovation for the good of society and the planet. Our Commitment Remains Resolute During This Time Casebook PBC is committed to improving lives by supporting those that help others through technology. That commitment remains resolute in those times of change and uncertainty. Like other organizations, COVID-19 has caused us to make some changes to ensure the health and safety of those we serve and our team. On March 10th, we instituted a volunteer remote work policy, and as of March 16th have switched to a mandatory policy, closing our New York office for the foreseeable future. As an extra precautionary step, travel is canceled until further notice, and employees will conduct all business through remote technology. Prior to the current crisis, Casebook PBC was already a remote-friendly workplace, ensuring that employees are fully equipped to work remotely as needed; these recent changes to company operations are an extension of those capabilities and practices. During this time, our customers and the entire Casebook PBC community can expect the same level of dedication, service and customer commitment. We are open for business and ready to continue helping throughout this global emergency. Last but not least, we would like to thank the front-line workers who are leading the charge in the fight against the virus. At Casebook PBC, we always believe in helping the helpers, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can be of support. The Solution-as-a-Service is comprised of three business applications, cb: track, cb: admin, and cb: mobile. These modular and scalable business applications are an evolution of Casebook’s award-winning software, built with input from human services experts and informed by years of user research. Casebook Provider Management is built upon the Casebook Platform, and like all Casebook solutions, it is purpose-built for human services and is configurable to meet the unique needs of agencies and nonprofits of any size. The solution allows human services agencies and nonprofits to manage service providers through the full lifecycle, including recruiting, licensing, and renewals. This system also supports a complete directory of providers and gives a comprehensive picture of an organization’s service array. "A key need for human services today is the ability to license, track, and communicate with and about the different providers they work with. Our new solution leverages the Casebook Platform's core data model to simplify and speed up every step in the management of providers." Said Tristan Louis, President & CEO of Casebook PBC. Other key features of the Provider Management solution include the ability to integrate with existing systems, offline mobility options, and the utilization of innovative natural-language-processing technology to reduce the time for data entry, increase accuracy, and search existing records in real-time. Casebook’s Provider Management solution is also defined by its ability to be quickly implemented. Casebook PBC’s implementation methodology, Casebook Lightspeed, informed by years of experience working with government agencies and nonprofit customers, helps organizations rapidly implement and integrate Casebook into their business process. "You get an intuitive solution in the hands of your staff faster, and on the back-end, you don't need such a heavy lift." said Chief Product Officer Nicole Reece. “Casebook Provider Management puts modern technology, built with input from human services practitioners and designed to support large states, into the hands of workers at a price nearly any organization can afford. We take our responsibility as a Public Benefit Corporation and B-Corp seriously and prioritize social impact in everything we do.” said Executive Vice President Brian Johnson.
